On a recent holiday to hawaii i popped into a lot of supermarkets because i knew there make up was far cheaper and often better!,NYC being the cheapest of all the drugstore brands because it worked out as less than a quid for a polish!!!the polish is called a 'quick dry' which brands often say but they never live up to expectation but this polish did! it dried very quickly and the colour was nice and vibrant after 2 coats,next up i applied the top coat which dried just as quick and it made my nails so smooth and shiny! having used O.P.I top coat for a while i can say this top coat is just as good if not better!Overall i would recommend the nyc polishes because there so cheap you could buy the whole collection! NYC is sold in super drug nationwide and is often on offer so pick up a bargain!
